Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on this website and how you can control them.
Last updated: September 9, 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and tags loaded by a tag manager. This site uses them only as described below.
2. Your choice
When you first visit, we ask whether to allow analytics and advertising cookies. You can change that choice at any time:
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a rejection of non-essential cookies.
3. Cookies we use
| Category | Name / provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | nwp_consent (first-party cookie and local storage) | Stores your Accept / Reject choice so we do not ask again every visit. | 12 months |
| Analytics | Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics (if you accept) | Understand how the site is used (pages viewed, traffic sources). | Set by Google; typically up to 24 months |
| Advertising | Google Tag Manager / Google Ads (if you accept) | Measure ad performance and conversions, including the generate_lead event when a consultation form is submitted. | Set by Google; typically up to 13 months |
4. What happens if you reject
The site still works. We will not load Google Tag Manager, and we will not fire advertising conversion events. We will still receive information you type into the contact form, including campaign parameters in the page URL (such as utm_source), because those are sent with your request so we can respond and know which mailer or listing referred you. That is not a browser cookie.
5. Google Tag Manager
If you accept, we load Google Tag Manager container GTM-PC9R4HF2. Tags inside that container may include Google Analytics and Google Ads. Google may process data in the United States. See Google’s Privacy Policy and advertising privacy resources.
6. How to control cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent us from remembering your preference. Industry opt-outs are available at aboutads.info and networkadvertising.org.
