LEGAL
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of northbaywellandpump.com and requests you send through it.
Last updated: September 9, 2026
1. Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site is operated by NorthBay Well and Pump, PO Box 750215, Petaluma, CA 94975 (CSLB #1157882).
2. Informational website, not a contract for work
Content on this site describes our services generally. It is not a bid, quote, or contract. A consultation request is an inquiry, not a hiring. Any work we perform is governed by a written proposal, invoice, or contract we issue, plus applicable California contractor law — not by marketing copy on this site.
3. Quotes, scheduling, and emergency service
We aim to respond to consultation requests within one business day. 24/7 emergency service is available by phone at (707) 755-1149. Availability, arrival time, and pricing for emergency work depend on location, conditions, and the nature of the problem. We may decline work outside our service area, outside our trade, or that we cannot perform safely.
4. Accuracy
We try to keep phone numbers, license information, and service descriptions current. Photos and examples may show prior jobs and are not a guarantee of similar results on your property. Well and pump systems vary by site.
5. User submissions
You agree that information you submit through the contact form is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that we may use it to contact you about your request. Do not submit others’ personal information without permission, or content that is unlawful or infringing.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Scrape, overload, or attempt to break the site or our forms.
- Submit spam, malware, or automated fake leads.
- Use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or that violates these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The site design, logo, copy, and photographs are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. You may share links to public pages.
8. Third-party services
The site may load Google services if you accept cookies, and it sends form data through email and spreadsheet providers. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT FOR THE WEBSITE ITSELF. This section does not limit warranties that apply to contracted field work under a signed proposal or California law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthBay Well and Pump and its owners and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, or for loss of data, leads, or profits related to the site. Our total liability for website-related claims will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under California law, including as to contracted construction work.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes relating to the website lies in the state or federal courts serving Sonoma County, California, unless a different venue is required for a construction dispute.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
